Service and age

The Gym Bro lets you organize routines and record exercises, sets and progress. The initial offer is for adults aged 18 or over. Do not enter information about minors or other people without authorization.

Scope of guidance

Templates, tips and estimates are guidance. They are not diagnosis, medical care or prescriptions for food or medication. Consult a professional to adapt exercises to your situation and stop if you feel pain or unwell. Calorie estimates and machine recognition may be inaccurate. Weight changes or fitness results are not guaranteed.

Price, duration and renewal

Each commercial plan lasts 365 days. Before payment you will receive the total amount including applicable taxes, currency, start date, expiry date and included features. Payment and confirmation are manual. Cards are not stored and no automatic charges are made. Renewal requires your decision and a newly confirmed payment; the new price is disclosed before renewal. Expiry suspends access and does not automatically delete data.

Cancellation, complaints and refunds

The plan expires after 365 days and does not renew automatically. You may request non-renewal at any time and keep access until expiry. We offer a full change-of-mind refund if your request is sent within the first 2 hours after the confirmed purchase; the sending time counts, not the time support responds. After that, no commercial change-of-mind or unused-time refund is offered. Contact support with The Gym Bro, your username and payment receipt, without passwords or full bank details. An accepted refund request ends access when processed. Cancellation and data deletion are separate requests. Mandatory rights for non-performance, incorrect charges and other legally protected causes remain available even after two hours.

Account and permitted use

Protect your password, do not share access and report suspected misuse. Do not access other accounts, bypass limits, upload malicious files or redistribute the catalogue. Suspension for abuse must have a reason and an appeal channel. Suspension for expiry is resolved according to the agreed renewal.

Availability, third parties and changes

Maintenance and outages may occur. Continuous availability is not promised. Strava and photo recognition are optional features relying on external providers and may be disabled. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect and renewed acceptance requested where appropriate. Existing rights are not retroactively reduced. Original and licensed content retain their respective owners.

Law and complaints

The initial version is prepared for the Dominican Republic. Mandatory consumer rights and complaint channels are respected, including Pro Consumidor where applicable. There is no waiver of rights, mandatory arbitration or jurisdiction clause removing legal protection. Requirements must be reviewed before offering the service in another country.

Vigencia 365 días sin renovación automática. Reembolso íntegro solicitado dentro de 2 horas desde compra confirmada. Después no hay reembolso comercial por desistimiento ni tiempo no usado; se conservan los derechos obligatorios por incumplimiento y cobros indebidos. Contacto: jobf0001@gmail.com.

Maximum account retention / manual review

90 días después de vencer o cerrar la cuenta, con revisión manual antes de borrar. Las copias de respaldo pueden conservarla hasta 12 meses.
